BILL CUDDEBACK
Director of Safety

Whether it is single-family starter homes, custom houses in the Boston suburbs, or large scale multi-family units, Bill has done it all. Having a sense of accomplishment is what attracted him to the trade, over 25 years ago. After working in the field with the hands-on work of carpentry and supervisor, Bill stepped into a role focused on safety. With his extensive background, Bill identified ways to increase safety and productivity. His proficiency in understanding safety regulations and specifications enables him to combine two key elements; Bill understands how the crew prefers to work, and he combines that with the practical safety methods that complement the team’s efforts and efficiency. He is a proud family man whose own motivation comes from helping others succeed. Bill credits this as the driving force of his success. When he is not helping the Colt Builders team stay safe, he is setting lobster traps and enjoying boating with his wife in Massachusetts.
